Terms and Conditions

"SOLDON" or "the Company" refers to SOLDON S.R.L., based in Bucharest, Romania. "Client" refers to the individual or legal entity using SOLDON services. "Services" refers to the financial analysis, advisory and consulting services offered by SOLDON. "Site" refers to the website soldon.ro and all related subdomains.

By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or our services.

SOLDON offers: • Financial diagnosis and analysis • Recurring financial monitoring • CFO as a Service / Fractional CFO • Company valuation • M&A Advisory • Financing support (Banking Readiness) Specific service details are established in individual contracts with each client.

The Client undertakes to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Promptly communicate any relevant changes • Respect agreed payment terms • Use reports and analyses only for agreed purposes • Maintain confidentiality of SOLDON methodologies and processes

SOLDON treats all information received from clients as strictly confidential. We will not disclose information about our clients or their business to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

All materials, methodologies, reports and analyses produced by SOLDON remain the intellectual property of SOLDON. The client receives the right to use deliverables for agreed purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute or modify these materials without SOLDON's written consent.

SOLDON provides analyses and recommendations based on information provided by the client and data available at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for decisions made by the client based on our recommendations. SOLDON's liability is limited to the value of services contracted for the project in question.

Payment terms are established in the individual contract with each client. Generally: • Invoices are issued according to the schedule established in the contract • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance • Late payments may incur penalties according to applicable legislation

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days notice. In case of serious breach of contractual obligations, termination may be immediate. Upon termination of the contract, the client is obliged to pay all amounts due for services rendered.

SOLDON reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the site and will take effect on the date of publication. For ongoing contracts, changes apply only with the agreement of both parties.

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of SOLDON services are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest.
